first thought mac attack!
i think the mac attack is gonna hit uofm and msu again this year. all three in state schools return some players. MSU lost alot of talent and has to open with a good cmu team. and WMU can beat uofm week 1, and maybe surprise msu later in the year.. I also think ron english will get emu over the hump to a winning season....
second thought (hit triangle!)
I think u ofm is gonna run the ncaa 2005 offense this year. you know when you start a dynasty and you put the fastest guy at qb and just toggle passing windows every time? I get the feeling uofm is gonna do that with denard robinson, it always worked for me in ncaa 2005.
third thought grammar is overrated
although most of the countries grammar skills are deteorating faster then jobs are leaving, it is terribly overrated. most people can understand what you write./,.,. anyhow... and with texting, twitter and facebook it will get worse.
fourth thought golden age
man michigan hs football has gotten so much better since I have played it. so many teams are good now and its exciting to catch a game any friday or saturday nite. we are truly entering a golden age of this so get out there and enjoy some games. And i think it shows as the talent level at every university (except) uofm is on the upswing with instate kids... When usc is coming to get players you know we are doing something right!
fifth thought when is it too much?
with these all year long conditionings, 7 on 7, camps im starting to think we are doing too much and there will be a backlash.... i mean if your a mediocre team destined for 4-5 3-6, the players & parents will start questioning why they are doing this eventually.. I am glad that state has some dead periods, in the summer but i would be for a few dead periods during the school year as welll so these kids can concentrate on academics...
sixth thought Passing leagues
passing leagues bore the crap out of me.... i am never gonna throw the ball 100 times in a game or maybe even a season... id rather my kids play baseball or soccer.
7th thought college!
college is a good time to party (no im not still in college but i have to go back now fyi) but if you go to be a teacher youl notice all your college teachers (most arent professors) are former teachers.. it always made me wonder that if they were so good at teaching high school.. how come they quit there and possibly making more money... to teaching college?? it never made any sense to me and those college teachers weren't that good anyhow..
8th thought still cleveland!
if you havent seen the cleveland tourism video on you tube you should check it out.. i hope the guy makes one about detroit....
9th thought john conyers
i feel bad for this guy..... he is a poster child for "don't get married for political reasons"
conclusion
well folks those were my thoughts that came to me at 11:50 am on my birthday.. hope everyone is having a great summer and is ready for this hs football season as it should be an exciting one.
