the jv qb from last season was very undersized, but he more than made up for it with his speed. very shifty kid who can turn on the burners at will. cant
really remember what his arm was like, but I remember him running alot.

I appreciate the info, reason I was asking because Plymouth plays my team Adrian in week 9. I think also John Glenn will be good this year as well, after being
down for the last couple years

John Glenn will be the mystery team this year......because of their record last year it is hard to say they will be very good even though they have a TON of
skill but I wouldnt be surprised if they make the playoffs and upset a few teams who are expected to be good next year.

How do u see the Adrian vs Plymouth game playing out?

Not sure who Adrian graduated last year but I do know that Plymouth lost some key guys.....verdict is still out on if they can replace them.......As of this
moment without seeing either team I would more than likely go with Adrian given its schedule seems to "rest" a bit nearing end of season.....this
could prove to be helpful playing teams like ypsi-lincoln, tecumseh and ypsi (if they have a down year)......Plymouth has a daunting stretch of teams that
pound the ball and could wear down their players by the end of the year. Those being canton, glenn, franklin and possibly a very difficult crossover as
well.......Dont know if im right but it is an opinion anyways..
Prediction.......Adrian pulls out in a tough power battle where big plays will more than likely be the difference............haha my very early prediction!! |

What do you think of the Adrian Football program? I thought You followed John Glenn, but not sure, Anyways I remember we played Glenn in the 93 playoffs,
Adrian got smashed 31-0, that was a very good team! Take Care!!!!

I am a Glenn guy as I am a former player and still speak with people from the program so I would say my info for glenn is pretty reliable but I do plenty of
scouting for another team within the klaa as well, I have plenty of info on many other programs in the klaa and see lots of games each year on both the jv and
varsity levels. Adrian is a program I am not as familiar with as I mostly see klaa (or former wlaa) teams play. I do like the program from what I hear and
see(which is little). If im not mistaken, Adrian returning around 4-5 starters on both sides?.......this is always a good thing.......how was the
jv?...........also would say that some muscle will be needed to control/slow games against saline who will be slinging the ball and chelsea, plymouth will want
to pound the rock...............interested to hear back......

Yeah Adrian has 6 returning on Offense and 5 on Defense. You are 100% percent correct about Muscle aganist Chelsea and Plymouth. Adrian handles Saline really
well, Saline hasnt beaten Adrian since 04, and thats when Threet who was Sophmore then got hurt in the 1st Quater. Anyways, I think Adrian has a Chance to go
9-0, but that will be very hard. I think Adrian finishes 7-2, with Loses to Chelsea or Plymouth and maybe Saline, who do have Boisture, but did lose a ton of
players to Graduation. But, Adrians front Four will be real good, with mostly all juniors starting, and all Three Linebackers return, who all three started as
Sophmores and IMO will be one of the best in Southern Michigan. So if it comes down to Physical play, I think Adrian will be fine, I cant wait until August.
How do you think Glenn will do? Theres seem to alot of talent there. Take Care!!!

Glenn will be back in the playoffs this year. They are better than last years team and will not lose to mott or pinkney. This group of seniors were coached by
Hardin(the current coach) on jv so there is a good relationship(they were 6-3 on jv).. There is a ton of talent at the skill positions. The question for them
will be if they can fill spots at certain positions. There have been a handfull of kids who have moved to glenn district since the season but remain unproven
so ya never know what to expect. Good luck to Adrian this year, ill do my best to stay informed!

Ya....I was there because my cousin was on that glenn team.. It was a great game(at least from my perspective lol) I was only a youngster at the time so any
details are unclear to me as far as specifics but I do remember going to the game as well as every other game that year. That 93 glenn team had a plethera of
stars. Brent Washington (Michigan), Matt Howton (Grand Valley), The Besco Brothers (Michigan Baseball), among many others as well.

They'll compete for the South title again this year along with Franklin, Canton, and Glenn. They tend to be the team in the South that folks forget about.
They did lose some excellent players from last year's squad, but their entire O line and most of their D line is back. Darrell Cohn's a flat-out
stud. Brennen Byer was a all-conference caliber player as a Sophomore. They have one of the best kickers in the state in Kyle Brindza. Victor Hicks,
who's moving up from J.V., is very quick and shifty but I'm not sure he'll start at QB this year. Tony Rhodes will help out a lot at LB. Their
running game's always good, and I think their passing game will improve. Mike Sawchuck's an excellent coach and he has a knack for finding decent
players and adjusting his scheme to maximize the talent he has. Plymouth doesn't have any "stars", but they're very quick and they really
have a lot of kids that are dedicated in the weight room. They had a solid JV team last year and they'll get some help immediately in spots that were
impacted by graduation. I could see six or seven wins for them this season if they can stay away from the injury bug late in the season. As Klaaniac said, they
have a tough schedule and the crossover game is never an easy one.
