Hi! I'm New Here! 
A lot lately!!! Welcome to all new members and old members that are posting for the first time ... 
My records show some solid growth with 109 new members in the past 3 months.

I remember when I was a newbie as well. I didn't realize that we went over the 1200 member mark recently.

Yes there are a lot of newbies lately and its nice to get some fresh blood in here. With more people on the site the pace will pick up a little more as well,
allowing for more ideas to get into a thread and having more topics and ideas. Its a win-win situation all the way around. As a side note, I'm not trying
to come across as critical but I want to say in a nice way that there is room for improvement here. Searn does a fantastic job here and as the forum grows we
should consider adding new features to the website.
