Rodriguez wasn't even given the time necessary to make his first payment yet and is already being sued by WV. If I'm the judge, I make the Mountaineers to pay his attorney fees plus court costs while throwing the lawsuit out. This just goes to show you how bitter the people in charge is at WV.
