I have several teacher/admin/coaches friends/acquaintences in the district and they have been telling me for about 5 years now that the quality of student at WLW was going down in terms of academics and behavior and recommended that potential Walled Lake students check out WLC and WLN if they have the option.

So it didn't come as a surprise that only WLW did not meet the Michigan Department of Education Adequate Yearly Progress Standards, yet WLC and WLN did meet the standards.
