Searn and I used chat last night and that has several new features that people might want to check out as well before the football season begins. Sorry Boeing747 that I missed you last night. When making a post check the bar just above where you are typing ... the numbering, bullet points, formats and such should all be there ... same for the emoticons ... it looks like all the old ones are there.. just not shown at the bottom ... Click on the Smiley face in same bar with the bullet points and it should bring up the additional icons.

Which I thought probably meant that the person had not yet set something up or had not yet visited the new forum. Well I've done all I can think of - except make a new post. So here it is. Okay… now I've just previewed what I've written and all my paragraphs are gone! And I don't see any of the helpful little buttons I just got figured out on the old board. Smilies?

Okay, they show up in final post. *Not a great feature for a PREVIEW* Gadzooks - just came in to edit my post and I guess HTML broke out. On the help 'built in tools on the post editor' is mentioned. Where is this puppy? And this changes the apostrophe into ampersand-numberSign39-semicolon. You guys (Yuku) know that the Macintosh fixed this about 20 years ago? I have not tried the PREVIEW feature yet ... so I guess I'll have to find out on that one ... I myself am not srue what you get from checking "Blog this" on the bottom of the posts.. .

This was supposed to be a quote reply thread. Nothing seems to be quoted from the previous one. So I'll try the preview and see if a quote shows up. Nothing showing in the preview - and still the annoying no paragraph break problem - so I'll hit post and let you guys be the judge on what I was quoting. Hold the phone… maybe I hit reply. The smiley Icon should be in the same "bar" area where you found the controls to make the text different colors ... it's to the right side .. 3 to the left from the SPELLCHECK

The reason it is flagged ... technically there could be global member of Yuku named AuldSchool ... if he were to post on this board we would need to know the difference.
