I think Adams runs away with this division again. But the real interesting battle will be for 2nd place. Farmington returns alot of starters and is probably
riding their momentum of beating harrison for the first time in 30 years.
Harrison is probably ready to write off the last two years and get back into playoff mode. Southfield is a sleeper here, a surprise run to the semis last year they lose alot of starters but they had to garner alot of experience on that run. They also beat harrison too last year. I dont expect much from the bhams, or the other two rochesters... |

Adams performance against Clarkston at home will be a great barometer for this season. A good win here, by Adams, and it is off to the races. It will
interesting to see how Adams new backfield will perform. Definately some big boys on the line and taller D backs. This could be a great year for Adams
...Again but new starters will have to step up. Good thing QB Hammet is 6'2 to see down field ... I can't wait.
PS Adams at Lake Orion .....should be fun |

Adams-LO has gotten so much better since the move to Week 8. LO finishing the season against Adams and Clarkston is always a great way to get ready for the
playoffs.

This year Lake Orion is in the drivers seat .....all others will be chasing. Last years game agaist Adams made a believer out of me. That being said Adams,
Harrison, Famington , and Southfield to battle for the OAA White. An Adams victory over Clarkston will set the tone for a good season and a possible repeat
champion in the White.

I'm predicting that Lake Orion vs. Clarkston in Week 9 will be for the Red division title. More importantly, the winner probably gets the higher
playoff seed, which could be the difference between playing someone like Pontiac (no disrespect to the Phoenix, they've exceeded all expectations and are a
great story this year...but they probably don't have a team that could match up with LO or Clarkston) vs. playing someone like Romeo.

It is week 6 and we are down to a 2 horse race in the White Div. between Adams and Farmington Hills Harrison. The big game will be week 7 at Highlander
Stadium with Adams hosting FH Harrison for the White Championship. Adams only lost was to Division 1 undefeated Clarkston while the Hawks are undefeated. I
believe the Hawks will be tested this weekend against the Farmington Falcons. The Falcons match up well against the Hawks and may present more of a challenge
than say Southfield. The Highlanders are on a roll and have one of the biggest most athletic front lines in the state. The winner of the Adams / Harrison game
will be a force to reckon with in the state playoffs this year.
