Three Choices to each answer: Each one compares the team to the one that lined up in 2008.

CANTON = VERY gOOD JV TEAM COMING UP, DARK-BIRD WILL BE A FORCE TO RECON WITH, ESPECIALLY IF HE STAYS AT NOSE NEXT YEAR!
FRANKLIN + STRONG JV TEAM COMING UP, THESE KIDS ARE VERY WELL COACHED AT FRANKLIN, EXPECT THE DEFENSE TO BE STRONGER! CHURCHILL = JV LOOKED TO BE A TYPICAL CHARGER TEAM BUT DID HAVE A VERY GOOD DB/RB, DONT SEE MUCH IN THE WAY OF TALENT WITH THE EXCEPTION OF QB AND A FEW JV PLAYERS WAYNE = STILL A PROGRAM IN SHAMBLES FROM THE TALENT LOSS, JV TEAM DID HAVE A VERY STRONG FROSH RB BUT NOT SURE IF HE WILL GO UP TO VARSITY, WEBER STILL HAS WORK TO DO! GLENN + LIKE THE VARSITY, THE JV WAS VERY UP AND DOWN ALL YEAR BUT PROVED TO HAVE SOME VERY GOOD TALENT AT KEY POSITIONS. VARSITY WAS UP AND DOWN ALL YEAR WITH BIG WINS OVER CANTON AND WLW AND BAD LOSSES TO PINKNEY, AND MOTT. TEAM LAST YEAR WAS JUNIOR DOMINATED WITH TONS! OF TALENT AT THE SKILL POSITIONS. HARDIN SEEMS TO BE TAKING THE GLENN PROGRAM BACK TO ITS GLORY DAYS! PLYMOUTH = VERY GOOD TALENT ON THE JV TEAM WITH A FREAKISHLY ATHLETIC QB, NOT SO SURE IN THIS LEAGUE THAT THEY CAN GET OVER THE 6-4 HUMP THAT THEY HAVE BEEN STUCK AT FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS WHICH COULD VERY WELL MEAN THEY HIT CANTON IN THE PLAYOFFS AGAIN! |

Patsfan is way off , Canton will be all the way back this year , old defensive coordinator is rumored to be back and the JV talent is outstanding .

Canton had an outstanding year in 2008 and yes, their JV was 9-0 this year. But I don't think they will top this years performance. I'm simply saying
that they will do just as well as last year with the new talent coming up from JV. The 08 team should have never lost to Glenn, otherwise they would have been
undefeated this year. Is the 2009 team going to be undefeated in the regular season?

Who puts me on the glenn bandwagon?.....I am a glenn fan cause i went there but i am also realistic about the team and the program.....it sounds like you are
hating on glenn for some reason......did they take you to the woodshed when you played or something?....i said that they had big wins last year over canton and
WLW.....which they did. I also said they lost very bewad game as well. The team will have a senior dominated squad which makes me believe they will make the
playoffs next year or at least have a shot to.....Try and learn how to read correctly and maybe then you can correctly respond to posts there big guy!.....I
was definantly realistic about all the teams that I knew about in the south and if I was so big on Glenn with unrealistic expectations then I would understand
your comment, however footballlife99, you just come off sounding ignorant.

Canton +
Franklin + Churchill - Wayne - Glenn + Plymouth = Canton: Tough to argue with them taking the Division on paper. We'll have to see if they had keep it together as the season rolls on. Can see them tripping again late Franklin: Nice bump from talent on a good JV squad. They'll be in the mix Churchill: I grade them down only because they had a tough year last year and their JV squad wasn't great Wayne: Still struggling with personnel loses to Canton, Glenn, and Inkster Glenn: Should be improved if they can get some consistent offense. Their D was excellent last year and should be better. Plymouth: Should be in that 6-7 win area again this year Can't wait to see how this year in plays out. Canton's got all the credentials on paper, but with Franklin, Glenn, and Plymouth lurking I don't see them running away with the South. |
