I guess maybe parents have more of a say of what goes on in a school when there paying 10,000 a year, and from what i hear, it sounds like CC is losing more and more kids from the blue collar areas as parents would rather just save up to foot the bill for there kids college. I remember when I saw CC lose at Jackson worthington stadium in 2004 ending there season, on that field i thought i saw an empire crumble... .to this day I would say that the old CC football is gone. However, the KLAA looks stronger then ever with 4 teams in the quarterfinals, Will make the admissions director of the NEW NOVI CC harder and harder to get the type of athletes there looking for.

I have to say I disagree with all of this. The senior class at CC are the kids that were in Reford for their freshman year, The juniors at CC that are mostly from the Novi area seem to be more talented than the seniors. The sophmore and freshman players are also very good. This goes along with your statement about the KLAA. Many of the dominant athletes are no longer coming from the heart of Detroit but the outskirts of the metro area. (Think CC and Rice vs. U of D). I see bright things in the future of CC football.
