First, Will Seaholm and Groves get back to their winning ways of a few years ago? both schools seem to be going through a rough time in the new oaa white. Is there any kids coming up to bring them back to the playoffs?
2nd Look for Southfield to make noise in the playoffs.
Gunn expects them to win at least one game or more in the playoffs, they could give Rice fits, tim keith is a great runner... .Although this week against Troy poses a problem.... both teams run similar offenses and this tape could give someone the key to stopping the high powered blue jay attack.
3rd. Will anyone stop Adams?
My guess is not until Ford Field, after last years loss to King, Adams is bigger stronger and faster this year.. I believe their srs have only lost 2 games in their hs career!!!!!
4th. Can WB make the playoffs? Yes I think they can the schedule sets up nice for them... maybe even a 1st round game vs OAA vagabond Waterford Mott I would like to see a rematch with WB and clarkston, or LO. Also look for Farmington high who started 0-3 to sneak in as well unless the NF raiders have something to say..
5th. Do we realign this year?
Anyone have any inside info on the plan for next year's decision it would be greatly appreciated.... No 1 likes coming home from a JV game at midnite....
6. How good is Lahser?
Well after losing to harrison week 1 they appear to be the cream of the OAA blue, aided with a few transfers this team will make the playoffs, gunn is unsure how well they will do cuz of there schedule, is a rematch with Harrison looming in week 10?
should be a great end of the season for the OAA as at least 1 or maybe 2 teams can get to Ford Field.

1. I have not followed Groves and Seaholm and defer to Scouts on his assessment. I will say I thought Groves would do better this yr and Seaholm for for all the pre season hype a bit of a surprise with 1 victory.

2. Oh Southfield ....this team will definately make a statement in the playoffs if they stay healthy. Ofcourse it depends on their draw in the brackets but I have them in a potential rematch against Adams in Districts. That is where it ends for them as Adams defense has show some real signs of life. If they were to defeat Adams they would be my favorite from the Eastside to go to the State Championship game D2.

3. Adams has the big game against Lk Orion on the 17th and this will say alot about ..."if Adams can be stopped?". I feel Adams prevails in this game with the Home field advantage and no stopping the Highlanders until a possible matchup with Southfield or Delasalle in Dstricts or Regionals. A victory there and its on to Semis and Ford Field and East vs West matchup. Now is the west dominant or will they implode like last year in D2...Ill take Adams to win it all.

4. West Bloomfield should make it to the playoffs based on their earlier play against Clarkston, LK Orion, and Troy. They will win out the rest of their schedule and go into a rough D1 District.

5. Do not know about any re-alignment. Not again????

6. Lahser is the real deal - their stats reveal a very good offense and a very adequate defense. With one out of conference loss they should run the table in the Blue and win the Blue title. They may be flying under everyones radar going into the playoffs and that would be good for them. They could suprise and make a statement in the playoffs ..a real nice story.
