He&#39;d do well at Northwood and after a couple more seasons like they just had last year I&#39;m sure the job... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ This is a terrific job. It is a unique job. The pay is good, he keeps his retirement package, this school is the only community college in Mi, OH and IN that
plays football. This school has been national champions in the past. And he doesn&#39;t have to move. He gets to work with a ton of great athletes from a dozen
states (see my post above). This is a heck of lot better job then DCC, or anyother highschool. Yes, he might have been able to move on to struggling GLIAC

had a lot going for him/  Lots of job opportunities, if he had to get out of Muskegon.  As an outsider, it seems like a strange move to me. ]]></description>

Great Hire for GRCC, very good football team, that has several College level players looking to improve their grades and move to a 4 year college if possible.

He will improve the focus of the team and the students on making something of this opportunity not just Athletically but Academically as several players need
the focus on the team, instead of treating this like another chance to play FB.

			<description><![CDATA[ Guys, Grand Rapids Community College is a former national champion and the only CC in the state with a football program. TA is a terrific fit for this job. The
majority of the kids playing fb there have academic performance issues, and go to CC to get grades up so they can transefer to a 4 year school... or at least
that is their hope! TA is a master motivator, working with kids from all walks of life and not only turns out great fb players, he turns out great young men
