			<description><![CDATA[ It happens...(stacked)...there is usually one stronger region of the 4. In the first tourney, I thought the West division was a bit stacked...in this one it
was also that way. The reason is rather simple, currently the west part of the state is superior in talent. And since there was an &quot;element&quot; of
regional placement in my regions, the West regions in both tournaments seemed a bit stacked.

			<description><![CDATA[ I think St. Francis has enough to take down Ovid-Elsie. I think it would be close.

Mumford versus JLC, now that&#39;s a tough one. JLC ain&#39;t what they used to be...and Mumford is a class A program that held their own against decent
talent. That being said, JLC looked pretty good too. Toss up.
<br>

I definitely will give the edge to Montague over Caledonia...but I can&#39;t give it to them by much. Caledonia is certainly capable of taking them down.
