Check the rankings page as I added the 5 preview for the OAA ranked teams since OAAScouts provided me with the previews to post.

If any OAA fans would like to maintain these pages for their team send me a private message or email .... as I won't be maintaining or linking these throughout the season ... this is only for the preseason rankings.

A big Kudos to Searn for making this idea take shape so quickly. Hopefully people will jump on board and give us all some of their local knowledge so we can all be more informed about these teams. Don't worry if it's long enough or good enough. Any info is good info.

Hey completehomer, that's all anyone has, unless you're a coach or a player, and they aren't likely to post on any sports board. Still whatever you have is probably 90% more than the rest of us have who don't live around your community.

I'll do a capsule on Marine City. I only know what I saw on the field last year, what I've read in the paper, and what I've heard from a few parents, but I think I've got a pretty good feel for what's going on with the program (at least as far as personnel).

I'll be posting a Jackson area preview next week.

A ton of new coaches are on board, so it will really be an interesting year.

The following schools have new guys at the helm: Jackson County Western (Al Ennis), Albion (Lou Lerma), Homer (Bill Christiansen), Michigan Center (Greg Psconda) and East Jackson (Cory Hunt).

Where exactly would you like us to post these write-ups Searn? Is it possible to create and Team Info Page so we don't clutter the general forum board with this stuff? I'll start things off tonight or tomorrow with an EGR update. Others can follow with their teams that they know the most about. Another question....Is there a way to add additional write-ups, updates, or counterpoints with out creating several links. We should have one link (IMO) and that will take you to the Team Info...

Great idea. Alot of coaching changes around my parts, so I don't know how many people will know what these teams are gonna run offensively/defensively. I would like it.

Hey, glad to see some interest in the idea.
In addition to adding info and generating discussion, maybe this will make some contributors out of lurkers. And, I'd like more info that rises above the rumor mill variety found on MLive.
It's your call though Searn, and I'd leave the format up to you as well. Maybe just some hyperlinks from your Searn32 page to each teams "info" page.

At the risk of "information overload", What do you guys think of creating a preseason team capsule for the top 32 teams. Information for each team can be submitted by anyone close enough to the team to give accurate info (and added to by others if necessary). I wouldn't even mind a bit of speculation, as long as it was stated as such. It could include things like key returners, additions, injuries, transfers, offensive style, or any other info that the person can provide. All...
