They are mentioned. They are an option in the D1 poll and have as many votes as anyone other than Dakota and Rockford. I think that's reasonable.

For the average division breakpoint spreadsheet a team needs to be eligible for the playoffs to make the list. Otherwise the breakpoints could potentially move without justification.
